McDonald's in Troisdorf

Ordered something today and the fries were ice cold. The rest went like this. Next time open the bag and check it. It's a shame that you have to do something like that !! Or not even go there. For the prices you have to pay that's a joke.

As always, 1st class. Great team. Feels like drinking 1000 latte there. Always happy to stop there.

Super corona safe ... you can't go to the restaurant anyway :) The best thing to do is to order via the app, then you just have to give your code at the drive-in checkout and you have your food immediately.

Once again, the person at the McDrive was barely understandable and you probably didn't understand me either, you received a complete order from 3 parts incorrectly.

Everything as to be expected at a McDonald's. Great care is taken to ensure that the maximum number of people permitted is not exceeded and that your hands are disinfected when entering. Very exemplary!

Every time something is missing or something is wrong. It's best to take a look immediately before you drive away from the drive-in.

The food is warm and not prepared carelessly. However, in the McDrive you often got the wrong drink or the wrong side dish, despite correct and repeated announcements. The fries are sometimes not the best either.

Friendly staff, very hygienic. Fast processing in the order. Drive in should be avoided, however, as the line is very long.

The MC Donalds had reduced the breakfast offer to three mcmuffins, I found it not so good. Since we didn't have any eggs in the house and wanted scrambled eggs, we drove there especially and then we were never unable to order.

Staff is okay, ordering via the app meant that you had to get out (although drive-in was planned), reset the app and then order everything on foot in the restaurant. Extremely impractical and very time consuming. Manager tries hard, but is of no use if the thing takes so long that it can hardly be called fast food. Actually only okay if there is a coupon offer.

Everything is natural in this branch like the rest of the chain. Hygiene is a priority in the conditions of COVID-19. Everyone stays loved McDonalds

At the drive in you can only redeem a voucher, otherwise you will slow down the traffic. You can order the individual components at full price ... French fries were mushy and hardly salted.

Always good for the small appetite. It couldn't be any faster. We had just taken our seats when our order came in. Super good and super tasty.

Very rude and rude staff. The tables, the floor and the toilets are always dirty. The food was already cold and didn't taste good at all. When calling this branch, they simply hang up. Not to be recommended to anyone.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been. Staff is kind but that's all! Happy meal was served without toys in a open box, of course causing kids to cry. Fries were not properly cooked, almost white and not crusty. Quality was well below the expectations.

Clean and you don't need to wait too long.

Clean and tidy, but what I don't understand is why the guy that processed the payment prepares the tray with your lunch. As a result, the line stretches and intimidates every time I'm walking there. Why not use the number calling system?

At least its dependable... You know that 20 nuggets means a quantity between 15 and 22...

Really fast food! You don't need to wait long. Clean.

Pretty good for a meal. Free wifi and very clean toilets.

Although first forget the sauces, but were very nice service and the sauces we got directly without problems. The food was good as well, finally a Mc Donalds, which does not have to say that anything is cold or hard, despite full loading we were served really fast and if you paid with a card, you could even get the food brought to the place , The coffee was also very good and helped a lot after a long drive. All in all a really good Mc Donalds restaurant, clean and well maintained.

During the lunch hours it gets crowded but the service is fast.

Nice place away from busy city. Good professional staff and they speak English as well.

Located next to busy road / garage. Easy parking. Lots of self service ordering machines.
